I am working with ICM v. 7.0. Since one month i have a preview outbound campaing running with N agents. The problem that i found it´s when an agent use Callback button assign a new phone number that begin with 0 (zero) e.g. 015536XXXXXX. and when i check the record in the table DL_XX_XX in DB innf_baA the phone number inserted in the column CallbackNumber is 15536XXXXXX without zero. I need that this number appear with 0 (zero).
