We have a client with a UC500 on 7.0.2 (20T) package that started having an issue with one of their 7941 phones... here is the issue.
They have a main line number that is overlayed onto the second button on the phone, here is the phone on the config:
button 1:11 2c2,3,21
When the mainline number is called and they try and answer, it does not auto-answer, they have to press the second button to answer. We replaced this phone with another 7941 and it started working again even after a bunch of trial attempts, so we thought all was well. About a week later, the phone started doing this again and not auto-answering.
What could be the issue with this happening again? Keep in mind that another 7941 setup the exact same way has not had any problems and still auto-answers the main line.
