Hunt pilot

Hi Guys,

I am using CCM 5.1 and would like to meet the below requirement.

When users(1000, 1001) call internally/externally to helpdesk hunt pilot(2000), the group members(3000,3001,3002) should be able to see the user extension numbers but users should not know the group members eventhough the line is connected. Instead users should see only hunt pilot number (i.e 2000) and they should not know the group members at any moment of time.

I am brainstorming since couple of hours but couldn't able to meet the exact requirement. Can you please suggest me the way to meet the requirement?

Thanks,

Mady

Hi Mady,

Under the Hunt Pilot config page;

Connected Party Transformations

Connected Line ID Presentation = Restricted

Connected Name Presentation = Restricted

Hope this helps!

Rob

Hi Rob,

I tried this option. But, I see "private" on calling party phone when I restrict connected party transformations.

I would like to see hunt pilot number only on calling party phone at the time of calling hunt pilot number and connected to one of the hunt group numbers.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Mady

Hi Mady,

Sorry man, from my testing it's "all or nothing"

Cheers!
