Host Flapping on Access switch 4506

I am getting logg message in my 4506 switch

*Sep 11 04:11:18.524 IN: %C4K_EBM-4-HOSTFLAPPING: Host 00:16:46:6C:A5:BF in vlan

100 is flapping between port Gi3/24 and port Gi1/1

*Sep 11 04:11:49.620 IN: %C4K_EBM-4-HOSTFLAPPING: Host 00:16:46:6C:A5:BF in vlan

100 is flapping between port Gi3/24 and port Gi1/1

*Sep 11 04:13:01.528 IN: %C4K_EBM-4-HOSTFLAPPING: Host 00:16:46:6C:A5:BF in vlan

100 is flapping between port Gi3/24 and port Gi1/1

were my Gi1/1 is my trunk port and Gi 3/24 is my access port for Vlan 100. I am getting this log frequently .
