CUPC and MeetingPlace Express

We are usng CUPC 7, CUPS 7, CCM 7, and MeetingPlace Express 2.1. All the configured features for CUPC are working fine except for the Web Conferencing. In "Server Health" it has a red "X" and sits at Connecting (Primary). I can resolve the MPX URLS from the client. We are configured using https for meetingplace and I have tried using the URL for both the GUI interface as well as the Web interface with no success. Can anyone offer some suggestions on this??

Because of a bug on CUPC 7, the "show server health" will not display the accurate "web conference" status. Please note, this bug is just a reporting issue. It will not affect the web conference function.

You should use CUPC to call another CUPC user, then try to escalate the voice call to web conference. See if it works.

Please confirm what credentials are needed:

I am a CUCM 7.1, CUPS 7.0, CUPC 7 user - CUCM is AD integrated

So in CUPC Preferences > Account > Web Conferencing Server > Values?

1) AD username and AD PWD (numeric?)

2) AD username and CCMUSER PIN (numeric)

Thanks

Whatever credentials you use to login to MeetingPlace Express. This could be either your AD credentials or a custom account depending on how you have MPX setup.

What version of CUPC will address this bug? Is there a way to verify CUPC / MPE "connectivity" on the server side? RTMT?

Thanks

The latest version, available for download from Cisco.com, fixes this.

7.0(2.13717)

The latest version I was able to download is 7.0(2.13496) and it still has this cosmetic problem. But the meetingplace features work fine.
