Hi,

My customer need to implement Voice Gateway that used to provide outside users to dial in different location. basically the user should call a PSTN Number then authenticated using caller ID. then giving a dial tone to dial the needed number.

the implemented GW is 2821-v\K9

Is there any solution to provide this.

You are looking for Mobile Voice Access with CUCM.

You can also do it in the GW with voice translation rules, but not an elegant solution, you can try VXML or TCL as well.
