"unknown" calling number in CUE registration

we have a CUE installed on the GW.

Call processing is done on a CUCM7.

The CUE is correctly registered under CUCM, and call transfer to the VM mailbox is working (from IP phone, for now)

But when the user will connect to his VM every things go well, exept that the prompts tell the user that the messages was registered from an unknown calling number, not the original calling number.
