I followed the documetation exactly to set a background image on a 7975G. The thumbnail images shows up fine but when I try to request the image I get a "File not found" error. I checked the syntax of the List.xml file and also reset the TFTP service but I still get the error. The Realtime RTMT trace file states the following:

what could this error mean?
