Problems Loading new ATA firmware

Hi,

I have a CUCM Version 7.0.2

In the Device Defaults I had ATA030203SCCP051201A for Cisco ATA 186.

I loaded ATA030100SCCP040211A.zup into CCM.

In the device phone I changed the "Phone Load Name" to ATA030100SCCP040211A or ATA030100SCCP040211A.zup, saved and reset the device, but the ATA cannot get this new firmware.

I am doing something wrong? Am I missing something?

Best Regards.

Hi Elio,

Please note the ATA filetype required for CUCM 7.x***

Depending on which version of Cisco Unified Communications Manager you are running, download the following:

•***For Cisco Unified CallManager release 5.1 and later, you need:

cmterm-ata-sccp.3-2-4.cop.sgn

•For Cisco Unified CallManager releases 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3, you need:

ata_03_02_04_sccp_090202_a.zip

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cata/186_188/3_2_4/english/release/notes/atarn324.html

Hope this helps!

Rob

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your help.

Rob, the real problem is that the ATA works fine with the defaul firmware, but when it does not work in SRST mode! This is why I tried to use an older firmware. I have 2 cases with a C1760 (Call-manager fallback v3.0) and a C2800(Call-manager fallback v3.3). Can I give me anhother help to make ATA work in SRST mode?

Best Regards,

Elio Fernandes
