Hello all,
We have an office running an earlier windows based version of call manager (4.2(3)) that we need to change the admin password on. The build is a publisher subscriber and I am having some trouble finding documentation for the steps to a password change on the version. Can anyone assist? If anyone has any documentation links or advise regarding this version, it would be a great help.
Thank you.
Rgds,
Vicky

From this excellent doc;
There is also this fantastic post from Jorge @ AT&T;

Hi Rob,
I have these password resets in a little while and its stated clearly on the Call Manager doc that the cluster needs to be rebooted. Does the Unity need to be rebooted as well? The documentation does not say.
Please let me know if your around.
Thanks again!

Vicky

Hey Vicky,
Sorry I missed your reply my friend :)
Yes, a restart is required. Here are two references.
Restart the whole Unity box. This enables the service account to grab a new authentication token with the new password.
Shut down and restart the Cisco Unity server.
