Hi All,
I'm afraid I may well be asking something that is fairly simply, the question is how do you reset excluded clients, the WLAN creation page (on WCS 6.0 at least) says in note 2 "....will require administrative override to reset excluded clients", but I have not been able to find anything in the on line help or on the Cisco Site.
As ever, any help will be welcome.
Thanks
Scott

On the main menu to the left, click on the "excluded clients". You'll find a list of excluded clients and on the right, there's a blue drop down link. Hover the mouse on it and choose Remove.
Hope this helps.

Hi Leo,
Thanks but that must be for an earlier version - I'm running WCS6.0.
