CSM - Daemon manager problem

I can not start "Cisco Security Manager Daemon Manager" service.

In the syslog.log file I have the next error:

Sep 14 14:19:39 100: <28> dmgt[3148]: 2507(W):Daemon manager anonymous user has not been set up: 00000569

check the following:

1- Check if the casuser is the group member of local admin?(For windows)

2- Any Terminal Services are in used or not.

3- I want you to reset your casuser by doing CSCOpx\setup\support\resetCasuser.exe

4- Stop and restart the daemons by

"net stop crmdmgtd". Wait for few minutes. Then "net start crmdmgtd" from the command

line. (If Windows)

"/etc/init.d/dmgtd start". Wait for few minutes and do "stop" instead of start.

(If Solaris)
