UC520 level 15 username password

we have been asked to take over and manage a UC520.

Problem is nobody knows the telent username and password for level 15 so we can help move them over to a new SIP provider.

the default cisco cisco works for 10.1.10.1 but can not access the cli.

Any thought on how to reset the username and password so I can login into cli or CCA?
