Add IP Range to Voice VLAN

I am trying to add a new IP range to my voice VLAN. I have it to where it works on the local network, but when the system makes a call outside I can here the person but they can't hear me. I am not sure where to check to see what the problem is. I see some ACL for the orginal VOice VLAN on my 3825. I am thinking I need to add the new range to that and create a route for it also. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Might be too simple a suggestion here but do you have the correct gateway setup on your phones?

If I give it the same Gateway IP as the orginal range it won't register. If I give it the first IP in the new range it registers and works locally. Sometimes the simple things are the most overlooked.
