2950 error message

please i need urgent solution to the log below.i need to access the switch.ports not blinking at all but fan on.what do i do

hello Olakunle,

first of all using an attachment file would have been a better choice.

I'm afraid to give you bad news: it looks like the switch is not able to access the ports.

Try to power off. Let it powered off for some time.

Then try again.

If still it suffers of the same problem if you have a valid contract for it ask for a replacement unit.
