Greeting will not play during off hours as defined in the assigned schedule. The Closed Greeting is enabled. Anything obvious I'm missing?

Make sure that you have the alternate greeting disabled.

Hi,
Did you manage to resolve the problem? Seems I have the same issue here, I have the call handler with schedule with all the hours inactive and he still doesn't go to the greeting "closed"...
Seems I'm dong something wrong here...
Greeting "closed" is enabled, alternate is disabled..

OK,
Seems I figured it out (in my case at least...)
Looks the problem was with the schedule which had al the hours inactive. As I inserted one active hour the schedule became active and works fine...
