Remote in-line WAAS fails to register

I am deploying a proof of concept with WAAS v.4.1.3a and am having a problem with the remote WAEs.

I have the CM running and the host WAE is registered using WCCP. The remote WAE will not register to the CM. They can all ping each other, but when I type in CMS enable on the remotes they hang for a long time then error out. I have tried applying the management IP on the in-line NIC as well as the Gig 1/0 interface. Neither way makes any difference. Any ideas?

On your core and edge WAE, run 'type-tail syslog.txt follow' and 'cms enable' in a second windows. What is syslog.txt recording when you try to register.
