Leading 0 missing from inbound number on Call connector client

Before anyone comments,


We have made the neccesary changes to the UC500 so that when a call is recieved, the leading zero is added to all numbers!


However


On a machine running UCC, the leading 0 is missing off all inbound calls! as a result, the number isn't matched to a Outlook Contact and NO name is displayed.


So to summarise, the phone rings and the phone display reads 01753482XXX, but the popup on pc displays (1753) 482XXX


I've looked in the settings for the Call connector client, and I can't see where this needs to be changed or added.


Any help would be very much appreciated.

If I recall, I had  similar problems.


I had to get my incoming UC500 translate tables setup correctly, sounds like you have done that.  Then i had to play with my UCC client windows PC dial plan because I used the TAPI client in my PC..


Note on the picture below there is a section that adjusts the windows dialing rules,  persist on  those.

Hi,


We're having the same issue after a recent install.  We're prependng 90 on the CME so that the customer can return missed calls but we're not seeing the leading 0 on the UCC .


Did you resolve your issue, if so, how?
