Before anyone comments,
We have made the neccesary changes to the UC500 so that when a call is recieved, the leading zero is added to all numbers!
On a machine running UCC, the leading 0 is missing off all inbound calls! as a result, the number isn't matched to a Outlook Contact and NO name is displayed.
So to summarise, the phone rings and the phone display reads 01753482XXX, but the popup on pc displays (1753) 482XXX
I've looked in the settings for the Call connector client, and I can't see where this needs to be changed or added.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
