ASA failover not working

Dear Concern,

We have two ASA 5520 firewall and configured LAN base failover but its not working properly. Please find attachment of “show tech” of both firewalls.

Your early response will be highly appreciable

"show failover' on both ASAs looks good.

Not sure what did not work.

Only thing in "show failover history" was "HELLO not heard from mate". Therefore, two ASAs might loss connectivity on failover interface gig 0/1 somehow.
