What platform are you using?

If windows, post the output of 'path'

It's win2k3.

It's installed in D:\prog~\CSCOpx

Post the output of 'path' command from ms dos prompt

PATH=D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\objects\smarts\lib;D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\objects\smarts\bin;D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\campus\bin;D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\MDC\tomcat\bin;D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache;D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\MDC\jre\bin;D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\MDC\bin;D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\lib\jre\bin\server;D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\objects\db\win32;D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\bin;D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\objects\wfengine\Program\procsys;D:\Program Files\Nmap

the net command is in /windows/system32/

Do you have a net.exe file there?

/windows/system32/ is missing from your path.
