Users Can Not Set Speed Dials

Unified Callmanager v7.0.2. I have some users that are able to log into the ccmuser web interface to set their speed dials on their 7965 phones but when they click save their settings disappear. I can not find why it happens to these few users. I have checked that they are associated with the correct device and user account. They are in Standard CCM End Users and Standard CTI Enabled groups. What else should I look for? Thanks!

Are you using Explorer ? Often Cisco servers don't like anything else.

I found out what was wrong. Users were accesssing the page using Safari. When they switched to Firefox, they were able tosave changes.

Common link is they are MAC users. No IE but Firefox works. Thanks!
