CNS Netflow Collection Reports

I can't get any report from CNS Netflow. I just installed demo version 5.0.3 and when I click on either Custom Reports Common Reports or Schedule Reports will take me to "The page cannot be displayed". Seems to me like is not able to find the link.

Try the following:

1. Stop the NFC services:

/opt/CSCOnfc/bin/nfcollector stop all

2. Clear the browser cache

3. Start the NFC services:

/opt/CSCOnfc/bin/nfcollector start all

4. Try again the custom reports.

If you still get the error, please zip and post the files from:

/opt/CSCOnfc/logs

Do you have other applications installed on that server besides NFC?

I tried already but it did not work for me. I'm trying to evaluate the product but still not able.

There is an issue with Java.

Are you sure you are using a supported HW for NFC?

Also is the page not displaying at all, or it happens when you click on the pie chart ?

There was a bug for the pie chart:
