I have 6.1 presence 6.1 CUCM and CUPC 7.0
All the clients are connected fine phone status updates are working.
Only two users are having problems updating their status when on the phone. their outlook status updates are correct.
I tried restarting syc agent, SIP Proxy. The show server health is all green. Phone CTI is also ok.
Have Incoming/Outgoing ACL set to ALL. SIP trunk subscribe CSS is correctly set.
Can anyone help further than this?

This is usually caused by not having the line association done correctly.
You need to go to the line config page and at the bottom of that page make sure their user name is defined.
Not to be confused with associating a device/primary-line to a user that you do on user page.
