Can I use one SSL proxy for all server-farms?

Answered Question

Team,

Can I use one SSL proxy for all server-farms or do I have to create a new SSL proxy for each of my server-farms and/or HTTPS URLs?

Hi,

The SSL proxy links to a certificate for the name of the server you are connecting to. The only way to be able to use the same certificate for different names is if it is a wildcard - e.g. *.mydomain.org.
