I have deployed Cisco IPCC. Currently I have two separate call centers of 60 and 20 agents respectively which can each grow upto 100 agents. Both are working separtely.
Currently I need to have a voice recording software which can enable me to:
1) record voice w.r.t date and time and other details that are required by call agents.
2) keep historical data.
The two softwares that come to my mind are nise and speechlog.
Can anybody suggest any other software which can help out or which software from the two mentioned above should be the preferred one.
