Cannot connect

Several problems: cannot update VPN Client, download fails; cannot coneect with 4.0, authentication screen appears, and computer shuts down when I enter password

I have this problem too.

Plesae go ahead and open up a case with the Cisco TAC. The behavior you are reporting is not normal and will require someone to gather information from your system to determine what is going on.
