Time-zone 23 in CME 7.0

Hello,

I install a CME 7.0 change the time-zone in Telephony-service to 23 but still have the time of USA, can you tell me what's the can be the problem plz ?

Hase you got the right time in the router ?

Have you reset telephones ?

Yes, i get time-zon 23 (West Europe), i see that the time-zone is well configured on 23 with the show telephony-service command.

i reset phones too.

You need right time in the router, "show clock". Using an NYP server is the preferred form.

with "show clock" i have the correct time in the router, ntp server is configured too.

Hi,

If correct time is in the router and time-zone under telephony service, then you can try:

telephony-service

create cnf-files

Then reset the phones.

23 that's the value i enter.

yes the router has the right time and ntp server configured too.
