VLAN setup WRV210 router?

I purchased the WRV210 router for the valn capability and configured it as 2-vlan with 1-ssid with 2-nic cards attached from Intel3210SH server running win2008v2 server running DHCP,DNS,AD and HYPER-V. Keep getting network errors on my static IP addresses. Server keeps changing 1-nic card back to dynamic ip address when trying to correct problem. Does document exist on router settings and server TCP/IP setting. I will then attempt to setup HYPER-V after the parent server is running correctly. Any help appreciated.

Go to the Setup page of the wrv210. On the sub-tab click on Vlan. Select enable on the Port-Based Vlan. Check the box of the desired vlan that you want to assign to the port and ssid.
