RME device update - http status 500 error

When trying to check device packages for RME - HTTP status 500 internal server error happened.

Before that problem, we could not download configurations from PIX 515 devices because they were not recognized by RME (They were greyed out in device list).

I am providing the error screenshot and the following files:

NMSROOT/lib/classpath/com/cisco/nm/xms/psu/conf/tag.properties file,

NMSROOT/setup/rme.info, cm.info, cmf.info, cdone.info, dfm.info, cvw1.info, nmim.info, and ipm.info

and

all PackageMap.map files under NMSROOT/www/classpath/com/cisco/nm/xms/psu/maps.

Your RME package maps are corrupt. There is a procedure to recover them, but you will need to contact TAC. Once the map files are fixed, the 500 server error will go away. You should then be able to update your PIX support. If, however, that is not working, TAC also has a procedure to fix a package repository problem which should set you straight.
