I have not seen this capability on any SR520 roadmap documentation but I will check with the product team to make sure. I'm pretty sure the answer is "no" but I'll double check.
Glenn is correct. If you have a specific customer asking for 3G support on edge router, please unicast me at tesaka@cisco.com and we can perhaps look at other Cisco solutions that will work.
