A customer would like create phone apps that will allow their customers to use IP phones to access its shipping services:

1. Service Descriptions

2. Drop off locations

3. Package lookup

4. Request a pickup

5. Proof of Delivery Receipt

What tool/application can I use to accomplish this for my customer?
