Hi!

Ok, then you need to use the "Multi Tenant MWI Mode" service parameter and translation patterns to accomplish Multi-Tenant MWI.

First, set the "Multiple Tenant MWI Modes" CallManager service parameter to "True".

Create a new partition - i.e. "MWI Translations"

Create a new CSS - i.e. "MWI Translations CSS" and put the above partition in it.

Create a Translation pattern for 77XXXX (whatever matches the mailbox numbers) and set the called party transform mask to XXXX (whatever

matches the number of digits for your phone extensions). You will create a unique Translation pattern for each tenant based on their full (10 digit

probably) mailbox number.

Put these translation patterns in the MWI Translations partition and set the CSS to a CSS that ONLY has access to the partitions for the

Tenant in question.

Put the MWI on/off numbers in a partition that is accessible by the Unity ports (so the Unity port CSS has the MWI on/off number partition

in it). Set the CSS for the MWI on/off ports to "MWI Translations CSS"

Hi!

MWI won't work with overlapping DNs as Unity will dial the number without considering any partition. So you should change your MWI DNs for one of these locations.

Hi Teresa,

The MWI numbers are unique in the system. Only User extensions are same on both locations.
