IPCC 4.0 to CCX 7.0

I have to upgrade a working IPCC Express solution to the CCX 7.0. I know i have to do a clean install which is what i am planing with a new MCS.

What i am wondering is if it is possible to migrate the seat licenses from the IPCC4.0 to the CCX7.0 and how?

any info is wellcome

I dont believe there is any way to automatically do that with 4.0.

You best bet is to email [email protected]. It will be helpful to inlcude the Product Authorization Key (PAK) and/or the upgrade license file generated from the PAK that you recieved from the Product Upgrade Tool. It is also helpful to include any current licenses from the IPCC 4.x system. They will let you know if they need anything else from you in order to generate the appropriate license.

I did a 4.0 > 5.0 > 7.0 upgrade. As mentioned, best is to get in contact with Cisco licensing, send them your current license files and they'll cut you new ones as long as you have UCSS support
