I'm not sure about the others but no one will recommend you a specific version even if you provide information or not.

Go to the Cisco Feature Navigator (http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/index.jsp) and make your selection. Cisco Bug Toolkit is also another.

Regarding the stability, go through the release document and verify if the bugs identified will, in any shape or size, affect your network.

Hello Khan,

moving to IOS native mode means a single IOS image for both the MSFC2 and the SUP2.

the native IOS images have a name convention that is explained in the documents that Leo has provided

in your case the IOS image name should start with

c6sup22*.bin

that means sup2 and MSFC2

follow the conversion procedures step by step.

Hope to help

Giuseppe

Hello Khan,

that's correct latest releases use the prefix s222 I hadn't find a C6500 with sup2/MSFC2 in my net so I tried to use my memory that can fail.

s222-adventerprisek9_wan-mz.122-18.SXF16.bin

this should be fine

Hope to help
