Unity Connection password reset

Hello all

firts, sorry for my english.

so, i have a unity connection, but interface acces don't work (Account has been locked)

i have follow this procedure

for reset password, but i have an error.

G:\Cisco Unity Connection\TechTools>pwreset Administrator cisco

CScript Error: Loading your settings failed. (Access is denied. )

anyone can help me ?
