change subscriber system message

Hello,

Ihave a few questions to Unity 7.0.

1. Is it possible to change the system message for all the subscribers if they don't have a personal greeting?

2. Is it possible to hide some menus in PCA? In CUCM this is possible, can I do the same in Unity 7.0?

Achim,

1. No, this is not supported.

2. There are some Class of Service (COS) settings that can be set for subscribers here:
