Disconnect Hold Call

I have the follow symptom:

A call is received and answered in a extension, a new call ingress in the same extension. The new call is answered, and the first call is put in hold.

The problem is that the hold call (first call) is automatically disconnected, (in a period of  time determined,approximately 30 seconds).

This happens with internal calls and call from the PSTN.

What happens?

Is this on a UC500? If so, what software version are you running? What phone model? What type of extension (dual, single, octal)?

UC Model: UC520W-8U-4FXO-K9

Software Version : uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.124-20.T2.bin

Phone Type : 524G

The problem is experimented in octal and dual extension type.

The CP-500 Series do not support Octo Lines. Can you change to dual and test again (although you said you already did)?
