I have the follow symptom:
A call is received and answered in a extension, a new call ingress in the same extension. The new call is answered, and the first call is put in hold.

Is this on a UC500? If so, what software version are you running? What phone model? What type of extension (dual, single, octal)?

Software Version : uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.124-20.T2.bin
Phone Type : 524G
The problem is experimented in octal and dual extension type.

The CP-500 Series do not support Octo Lines. Can you change to dual and test again (although you said you already did)?
