IPCC Stats on Agent Phone using 7.0.1

Everyone,


I am trying to get Queue stats to display on the Agent's phone either via a IP Service or an idle URL. I have found numerous threads related including the script and jsp page which are very helpful, but unfortunately when I configure it and test it from a PC all I get is a blank page. When I try it from a phone I get an "XML Parse error (4)"


Has anyone been successful getting the stats jsp and aef script to work on IPCC Premium 7.0?

So I found a solution to the issue shortly after posting:


Here are the instrutions I followed:


1) upload stats.aef

2) Create UCCX Stats application

3) Create HTTP trigger to /CSQ/stats

4) Modify the parameter for your CSQ name

5) Copy stats.jsp to c:\program files\wfavvid\tomcat_appadmin\webapps\ROOT\CSQ\

6) Copy stats.jsp to c:\program files\wfavvid\tomcat_appadmin\engineapps\ROOT\CSQ\

7) Create/Add IP Phone service for http://:8080/CSQ/stats to Contact cetner phones.

8) Open IE to http://:8080/CSQ/stats to test


That should take care of it.
