UCCX4.x AD integration

Guys,

My customer has a UCCX 4.x integrated with AD. The integrated AD has been taking offline and a new AD has been deployed.

Is there anyother thing to do to integrate the new AD with UCCX server other than changing the server details using the uccx serviceability tools?

No. CCX 4 was critically dependent upon this integration and stored part of its configuration within it as well.

My strong recommendation would be to upgrade to CCX 7 instead as it no longer does any AD integration at all. It uses AXL to UCM which has a read-only LDAP integration.
