I do not have access to the ICM Master Help at this time... Router Error Code 62 in the Route Call Detail table.. can anyone tell me what that error code is?
I just happened to be on an AW and also in here-
Phone Home: Delay
Visible: To customer
Explanation: The Router received a call route request from routing client %2 with a dialed number that is not configured.
Action: Configure the dialed number with Configure ICM and update the Central Controller.
