Unity4.2 empty deleted Voicemail

Hello,

We are running Unity 4.2 (voicemail only)with Exchange2003 as the message store. When a user delete a voicemail, it goes to the delete item folder and I am trying to find a way to empty the deleted item folder automatically but it won't work. Any helps will be apprecaited.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the quick reply. I had the document and followed the steps but it didn't help. Please see the attached jpg image. There are messages in the deleted item folder since 2008.

Hi Rob,

Quick question. What is the difference between "Move messages from inbox to Unity Dumpster" and "Move messages from Inbox to Deleted Items folder"? When a user delete a Voicemail, does it go "delete item folder" or does it go to "Unity Dumpster"?
