Device manager

I have a pix 501 running Device manager 3.0(4). Just recently I am unable to bring the manager up in Explorer. It takes my two passwords and then hangs before the device manager window pops up. I tried differnt machines and browsers with the same results. Thanks Bob

Have you recently updated Java on your machines? PDM is very sensative as to the version it works with.

Mark is correct - the PDM/ASDM are notorious for Java version mismatch/compatibility issues

Hi,

As Mark told, PDM is very sensitive to java version. Try with java v1.5 or earlier version.

Thanks guys, I found that if you go into the Java Icon in control panel you can disable/enable differnent versions of JAVA. I just turned off the latest version and it worked. Thanks Bob
