Configure IPPA for UCCX and Call Manager Rls 7

I have not done this since Rls 3 on both Express and CM. My searches on the Cisco site have not turned up anything contemporary on how to configure this. Does the IPPA service still need to be built in Call Manager, and the agents phone subscribed to this service?

yes you have to have the service to be created in call manager and the phone or the dvice profile must subsecribe to this serivce

There are essentially three steps:


1) Create an application user (e.g. ccx_ippa) and associate all phones to that user that will run IPPA. Also ensure that it has CTI rights.

2) Add the service URL pointing at CCX.

3) Configure CDA with the application user information.
