IPCC Express

Hi All,

I've changed CSS and partition in CTI RP and jtapi phones in CUCM and in IPCC express. since then, when I call CTI RP, I receive busy tone. any suggestion would be very appreciated.



I have this problem too.

from where u did change it CCX or CCM ?

cisco recommened to change it from CCX

then go CCX admin and re synic the CTI and ports as well

You can check and/or resync from there.

You may want to do this during non-peak times. Once the sync starts, just let it run.
