MGCP QSIG / MGCP ISDN 30 Configuration

Hi Guys..

I would realy appreciate some help .

I have a 3745 gateways runing QSIG (MGCP) at the moment we have just aquired an ISDN 30 to PSTN i have tried configuring it (MGCP Controlled as well) but it wouldnt work. please what am i doing wrong.. attached is the config..

To connect to PSTN, you need to configure primary "net5", not QSIG.

Also consider if was to use H.323 instead, you would have more features, less configuration, less bugs.

In any case check "show controllers E1" first.

What is not working exactly ?

Check the controller E1 status, and if it's OK, check the ISDN status. Is the Endpoint registered in the CUCM?

You can try to add a dial-peer for this interface, like

dial-peer voice 10 pots

service mgcpapp

port 0/1/0:15
