Remote VPN Access

Hi,

I have created a Remote VPN in PIX 515E 7.0 and issue is we are getting connected to the VPN but not able to access the servers sometimes

When i try connecting from my home its getting connected to VPN aswell as servers but when i try from remote office iam not able to access the servers when i connected after sometimes same is connecting

why this improper responce

its may be due to Client version

Due to some ISP

and i same heard from some of my remote users

can u suggest us why this is

can you ping the remote servers when you're not able to connect? ... you may try to use transport-mode to reduce the overhead or reduce the mss on the pix.

Make sure you have this command in the pix.

isakmp nat-traversal

or

crypto isakmp nat-traversal

If that doesn't help, post the config.

yes i deployed the command and waiting for the responnce from my clients

can i know what exactly this command will do ? and

why this issue is happened without deploying this command?
