Unity MWI not synching on 2 users

I have an issue with 2 users that refuse to reliabley synch the MWI i have and app error.

Description:

The description for Event ID ( 1017 ) in Source ( CiscoUnity_ConvSub ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Invalid Attempt on mailbox for subscriber with alias [Israa.Al Bayaa] and extension [2405]. Call was made from - [2405]., 1140, H:\views\CUESB1_view\un_Conv1\Scripted\ConvSub\SubAuthenticate.cpp

Has anyone any clues.

Dave,

Try using the Bulk Logout tool in X:\CommServer\Utilities\BulkLogout for this one user only, then click resynchronize. See if that helps any. If not, next steps would be to look in the MWI macro traces.
