CUE issue with external calls

hi, i am using

Cisco Unity Express Version 7.0

CME 7.0(0)

The problem is when some one call me from external line (FXO) AA play then he put My Ext. and after ringing for 10 Sec. as i configure it it goes to the Unity asking the caller to Enter your ID and not asking him to leave a message .

i did a test when i call from any internal Ext. i can hear my message (iam not available plz leave your message)

how can i have this working from outside the company (External line)
