Hello,

Suddenly, the Out-of-Sync Summary is showing a big list of devices. When I force a Sync Archive on any device it fails with

RUNNING

CM0057 PRIMARY RUNNING Config fetch SUCCESS, archival failed for ASA Cause: CM0002: Could not archive config Cause: Device may not be reachable, may be in suspended state of credentials may be incorrect.

What could be the reason.

Thanks.

The archive is corrupt for this device. RME is expecting to see files under D:/CiscoWorks_Configs_Backup/devfiles/22/, but they do not exist. Assuming this is the correct config archive location, make sure the permissions allow for the casusers group to have full control, and that there is enough space on this drive. If that checks out, remove this device from RME, then re-add it.

It is working now.

It was pointing to wrong (old) location.

Thanks.
