Problem in accessing the corporate directory

Hi,

I've cisco phone 7941g that is connected to cisco call manager version 6.1 through IPSEC tunnel. No problem in registration and in set up calls....Hovewer I've a problem in accessing corporate directory through this tunnel...

This configuration is applied to phones with regualar access to corporate directory.

Besides I would know if there is a method with remote access to phone in order to view the corporate directory.

I would check first status messages on phone, second what you have DNS or IP as directory in enterprise settings. It can be DNS issue. You can setup different method (IP if you have DNS name) in phone settings.
